A vessel earns nothing in a repair yard. Our technical department exists to keep ships trading: planned maintenance that anticipates rather than reacts, dry dockings prepared long before the docking date, and class and flag requirements treated as the floor, not the ceiling.
As per owners’ and classification societies’ requirements, Alassia:
- supervises the maintenance and general technical efficiency of vessels
- arranges and supervises dry dockings, repairs and alterations
- appoints surveyors and technical consultants as required
- undertakes all other functions necessary for complete technical management
